Renren Inc. to Hold Annual General Meeting on December 22, 2017

 Beijing, China, November 6, 2017— Renren Inc. (NYSE: RENN) ("Renren" or the "Company"), which operates a social networking service and internet finance business in China, today announced that it will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders at 42/F, Edinburgh Tower, The Landmark, 15 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong, China on December 22, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. (local time).

No proposals will be submitted for shareholder approval at the annual general meeting.  Instead, the annual general meeting will serve as an open forum for shareholders and beneficial owners of the Company’s ADSs to discuss the Company’s affairs with management.

The Board of Directors of the Company has fixed the close of business on November 10, 2017 as the record date for determining the shareholders entitled to receive notice of the annual general meeting or any adjournment or postponement thereof.

Holders of record of the Company’s ordinary shares at the close of business on the record date will be entitled to attend the annual general meeting and any adjournment or postponement thereof in person. Beneficial owners of the Company’s ADSs are welcome to attend the annual general meeting in person as well.
